RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

Refunds

NO REFUNDS are offered except in cases where Ray Grebas is proven to be at fault (e.g., wrong item sent).

Approved refunds exclude:

  • Delivery costs and customs fees
  • Handling or logistics charges

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only on full-price items under the following conditions:

  • Within Abuja: 48 hours from dispatch
  • Outside Abuja / International: 72 hours from dispatch

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, free of stains, perfume, or damage
  • In original packaging (packaging is considered part of the product)

Items that fail inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Sale items, discounted items, and custom orders are strictly non-refundable.


RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • All return logistics costs are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • Ray Grebas does not provide return labels or cover return shipping under any circumstances
