We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day production activities of our fashion brand.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that garments move smoothly from design and production planning through finishing and final delivery. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of fashion production, garment construction, team coordination, quality control, inventory management, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full garment production process from design handover to final delivery.

Plan and manage production schedules to ensure orders, collections, and samples are completed on time.

Supervise and coordinate tailors, cutters, machinists, pattern makers, finishers, and other production staff.

Assign tasks, set production targets, and monitor team productivity and performance.

Ensure garments are produced according to approved designs, measurements, specifications, and quality standards.

Carry out quality checks throughout production and ensure fitting, construction, and finishing issues are corrected.

Monitor ongoing production and resolve delays, bottlenecks, or technical issues promptly.

Monitor stock levels of fabrics, trims, threads, zippers, buttons, linings, packaging materials, and other production supplies.

Purchase and restock production materials when supplies are running low to prevent production delays.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials are available at the required quality and within budget.

Monitor material usage, production costs, wastage, rework, and overall production efficiency.

Maintain accurate production, inventory, material usage, and order-tracking records.

Ensure production machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.

Work closely with the design, sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.

Ensure all finished garments are properly inspected, approved, packaged, and ready for delivery.

Maintain discipline, accountability, quality, and efficiency within the production department.

Provide regular production updates and reports to management.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of garment construction, tailoring, fabrics, cutting, fitting, finishing, production planning, quality control, inventory management, and procurement.
You should also possess strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple production priorities in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Previous experience working in a fashion house, ready-to-wear brand, bespoke fashion business, tailoring operation, or garment production environment is preferred.
